1. Entries will be submitted online and reviewed by:
- a panel of experts, and
- through crowd sourcing.
2. Solutions should(/could)be
- An exhibit of clarity of solution design
- Game-changing, implementable and scalable
- Part of an integrated strategy dealing with key social, economic, environmental, policy and cultural issues
- Bold, visionary, tangible and focus on a well-defined need of critical importance
- Regionally specific yet globally applicable, and backed up by a solid plan and the capability to move the solution forward
