Statement:
U.S. BioSensors Inc. (USBIO) provides a comprehensive technology platform solution for the U. S. Market Place as well as the international construction Industry. USBIO provides for manufacturing an EPS based construction platform. This includes home construction, alternative power, water, hydroponics, data center operations, complete factory manufacturing solution with minimum imports and local workers trained and supported and technology solutions.
Summary:
U. S. BioSensors offers an engineered, panelized wall and roof system. The STEP-Tech System™ consists of light-weight EPS foam and steel wall panels and an integrated self-supporting roof panel system. No structural member has a surface on both the interior and exterior of the building creating a high performance true thermal envelope. Integration of the roof and wall as one system creates a factory controlled interface and reduces air infiltration to effectively zero. These two attributes result in a high structural and thermal performance building well in the forefront of modern construction technology.
Why it should be recognized:
In nearly all the areas where the housing shortage is most acute, the greatest demand is for what is commonly described as “affordable” or “low income” housing – modest two or three bedroom homes or units. In China for instance, the number of families living in low-income units increased from 329,000 in 2006 to 15 million in 2010, and there are indications that another 10 million units will be built this year. Looking further into the future, the demand for this type of housing in China will remain strong with over 400 million migrant workers expected to move into cities over the next 20 years. These numbers are duplicated in every major country in the world.
