WET (Water, Environment, Technology) Talk #1
SSV WET Talks feature fascinating speakers presenting provocative ideas with extensive time reserved for Q&A.
Our first event features noted California Water Diva and SSV Water Advisor Felicia Marcus. Felicia has lead many lives working as the former Chair of California’s State Water Resource Control Board Chair through the Brown Administration drought years, the head of Environmental Protection Agency’s Pacific Southwest Region Nine during the Clinton Administration, and leading Public Works for the City of Los Angeles. She also headed the Western Region of Natural Resources Defense Council, was executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Trust for Public Land and a founder and general counsel to Heal the Bay. Felicia was recently named the William C. Landreth Visiting Fellow at Stanford University’s Water in the West Program.
